Topic:

The presentation will include a brief overview of the Federal HFC Management Rule, the New York CLCPA, and 6 NYCRR Part 494 – Hydrofluorocarbon Standards and Reporting, including Prohibitions; Registration & Labeling Requirements; Leak Detection and Monitoring Requirements, and Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements.


Presenter Bio:

Mr. Fay currently serves as a consultant for Trinity Consultants’ Albany, NY office. During his time with Trinity, he has assisted industrial facilities navigate Title V and Air State facility permitting actions as well as minor facility registrations.  He has focused extensively on New York State’s Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA) and has assisted clients to navigate its impact on greenhouse gas and co-pollutant reporting.

Mr. Fay graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in thermal fluid systems and a minor in communications.
